Sorry for opening the old topic, but meanwhile we have an evidence that
there are popular apps that do not behave by the rules.

E.g. active TextPlus is causally causing backup to crash. In the past
locking would solve the problem, today the user has to manually disable such
apps.

I don't know how frequent is this case (can't find time to investigate it),
but it happens and for sure not exceptionally.
