I am trying to run WebClipping programmatically.
Whenever I am trying to execute my application , it is trying to
connect to Internet and that time it is dispalying the above error.
Web clipping is not supported on any shipping devices, and it won't
work on devices that had used it because Palm shut down the proxy
servers that supported this last year. Don't use Clipper or INetLib
-- they're complete dead ends.
