Hello Jack,

I can't think of anything else offhand that sticks out about the Telus
Treo 650, sorry. You probably can't get your hands on one of these
devices, otherwise you'd have debugged it already, so I'd say your
best bet would be to provide your customer with a debug version of
your application and see if that yields any clues. Are you able to run
your application on POSE? It might be worthwhile to do some debugging
with that as well, since it will point out memory leaks, bad memory
accesses, etc. Such bugs could cause problems similar to what your
customer is experiencing and somehow only be triggered on a particular
device.
