If your getting the prc into the palm and have a pointer pointing to it,
you can use DmCreateDatabaseFromImage(MemPtr).

Download the Conduit Development Kit from PalmSource and search
the docs
for "PltInstallFile". This you can use for Install a prc from your
own
app. This function is provided by InstAide.dll.
If you just need an installer for you application look for PalmSources
Installer or one of the commercial Installers (we use Beiks Catapult).
