Maybe because the STL is not fully supported by default in Palm OS :)

As for using C++ itself in your program, you just go the same way you would anywhere. There isn't anything C++ in the API or anything special you must do to use C++ AFAIK.

Also, CodeWarrior has an implementation of the STL IIRC, but I don't know if prc-tools or PODS have. I'd think they do not.
