You can't copy a file to the RAM of a Palm OS handheld, you can only store Palm Databases (PDBs) in it. There are programs that convert files to PDBs out there, google for one named par. Also, this was already discussed several times here, so try to search a bit before posting.

Oh, and alternatively, you can just copy the file to an expansion card as it is and read it from there. Might be easier too.
