I think it's a very bid deal! Because The NEW Treo 700 is only available in the US and it's the only one (afaik) that runs with Windows Mobile 5.0.
For now, since WinMob 5 was just released.
If you say it's not a big deal.. Can I make a ROM image from the Win based handled and burn it on my Tungsten E ? <NO!!>
You can't burn anything on a Tungsten E because the ROM chip is read-only. However, there is a small possibility you could take any WinMob image, hack it a little, and burn it to any flashable-ROM Palm device to run WinMob on it. The hardware is basically the same so... of course the biggest deal would be screen size.
But, of course, who would want to do that? :P
