Not getting sysNotifyLateWakeupEvent when powered down from some applications?

Hi All,   I have registered for sysNotifyLateWakeupEvent notification, normally if the device is powered off from Launcher or any other app I get this notification and am handling it. But if the device is powered off from applications like WebPro, Quicktour, Versamail, security and HotSync – I am not getting this notification – one common thing between these apps is that they are all Palm applications – any one from Palm can you explain how to get a notification under this situation?   Thanks.   Regards, G.
