I seem to be getting random intermittent problems when clicking the "Download PODS" link here

The error appearing (both in IE6 and FireFox) is
"An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator. "

There is something very wrong with the web site (and especially with the PODS download). I download with good speed from other US web sites (50-60 KBs/sec and more), but PODS is downloading with a 1-2-3 KB/sec speed. Also, there is no resuming supported. Please think about adding resume support (it's a 271 MBs download, after all!) and check what might cause such a low download speed.

Note: I'm downloading from Europe, Bulgaria.
