Hello,
does anybody see any reason why dmErrCantOpen should be returned from
DmDatabaseInfo? It does not make any sense to me as this service should not
include any DB opening.
This error happens very exceptionally on NVFS devices, last time on the LD.
We use to tell the users that they have a serious corruption on their system
and that they should consider hard reset. Is there any better cure?
The sequence of the steps leading to the error:
LocalID dbID = DmGetDatabase( 0, iterator++ ) ;
err = DmDatabaseInfo( 0, dbID,...) ;
