Yup, that's what's stated in the documentation, but never ever trust your docs! =) I've tested it and using that number made my apps hang on a T3 (and the simulator). Lowering the number to 64000 helped (and I don't think the bug was in the code). But mine is simply anectdotical evidence...take it as that.
