I solved it.
Sorry, I stored in 'data', How can I play this through stream callback ?
can I use SndPtr as a void* and use 4096 bytes from that pointer to copy to
playback buffer ?

Specificially, look for STRINGTABLE and DATA as ways to pull in your
info. The "Wave" resource in Constructor just copies the data from
the wave file into a resource and gives it a specific type.
