I've looked in the manual for the PiIRC language and there is no mention of
Form Interaction or Object Interaction.
In the manual they have an example, What would you set to make it Form
Interaction.

You should provide a fNav resource for the form and in the flags tell
it that you're doing form interaction, not object interaction.
