Thanks for ur suggestion.

Finally i implemented.

But How can i implement enter button press.

I am using string to get the button pressed letter and inserting the same string in text field.

Ex:

Button A pressed:

                 str[0]='A';

But i am not finding the way for Enter button. because if we press enter button it should go to next line. I tried using \n but couldn't succeed.
