Forget about Emulator; it only emulates 68000 architecture.
Go to Palm's (not PalmSource's) website, sign up in their PluggedIn
program, log in, and find the Downloads link (left side menu,
develop->download). In the list, you will find simulators for
many Palm devices, including recent models such as the LifeDrive,
TX and Treo 650.
In case you want to check less capable hardware, you can adjust
the settings in the simulator for low density, and fewer bits
of color, greyscale or monochrome.
Also, for even better product testing, take a look at Palm's
developer discounts and (new) loaner program. IMO, it's really
important to test on actual hardware before shipping a product.
Anyone tried the loaner program yet? Comments?
