Is this a BCC that you also sent to them? We're getting your message on the PalmSource developers email list. Write to the maintainers of the Palm PluggedIn site separately if you didn't already. My experience with them is that they're responsive, and maybe even helpful. > I have a problem downloading anything from the Pluggedin.Palm.Com site. > I log in, then click develop -> downloads on the left, then whatever > file I click, IE6 just goes to back to the top of the page. At least, try the Firefox browser: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ When I download those files with Firefox, I get two windows opening up, one is the Downloads dialog, plus an empty one that seems to be due to something odd about Firefox. And IIRC, the main window scrolls back to the top -- is this what you are referring to? I can just scroll down to get to the list of files lower on the page. Just to let you know you aren't alone, I've also had problems accessing the PluggedIn site, but my problem was getting to the developer discounts or loaner program using Firefox on Linux. In that case, I switched to Windows XP and IE, cleared my cookies, and it worked. The Palm site is implemented weirdly. Try a bunch of things, maybe something will work. (Maybe Blazer?? Or Opera Mini?? :) BTW, I've been curious about this for some time: is your WiFile Pro product based on a port of Samba?
