Unfortunately no (IMHO), so go ahead (assuming you know what you are
goind to do and not starting from scratch).
Actually the Treo 650 has a built-in web browser and I don't expect
Palm to stop providing one for it or future PalmOS-based products, so
it doesn't appear a very viable product to develop.
