Hello Iyad, Unfortunately, you have run into a known bug. Other developers (myself included) have run into this bug before and reported it here. PalmSource has acknowledged this bug, but it has been over a year, and we are still waiting for a solution. PalmSource claims that they've fixed the bug, but that none of their licensees have picked up the fix. In the end, we developers have been hung out to dry on this one.
Some of our users have had some success working around this by installing an older version of Palm Desktop, such as the software available for the Zire 72. This may not work for all of the newer devices, and some of your users may require some of the new features in the 6.x version, but it might be worth a shot. Adrien.
