Hi
Thank you for your suggestion.
I got the output but there is one problem.
if the Jpg image is less than 64K then it works fine and if the image is >64K 
the PRC will not get loaded in Handheld.
And at this time it shows 
"PalmRez Warning: output resource size is greater than ~64K size limit: 'jpeg 
1000'" warning
so plz help for showing >64K image
