Hello all,

I'm very new to Palm OS Programming and I've run into some troubles. The book
I'm using uses Falch.net which provides a nice

IDE to PilRC, but the Falch.net site seems to be down. Anyway, I'm trying to
learn how to use the Resource Editor that comes with the PODS.

I've got this, a basic form with a resource ID of 1000,, its title is Hello
World!, its Comment is MainForm. How do I make my main .c program know that
this is called MainForm.

It's kind of difficult to explain, you see, the RCP file that came with the
downloaded code simply had this:

#include "helloRsc.h"

// Forms and Alerts
FORM ID MainForm AT (0 0 160 160)
NOFRAME
BEGIN
  TITLE "Hello World!"
END

and then in helloRsc.h there was:

#define MainForm                    1000
I don't want to use PRC, but I wanted to try using the Palm Resource Editor, so
I've modified the makefile so that it compiles the resource files like it is
supposed to (using PalmRC, which I copied into the gcc directory), but with the
XRD files that are created by the Palm OS Development Suite, how can I tell my
main program the ID of MainForm?

Thanks for any help, and please feel free to ask for any clarification from
myself.
