One of the members of the SysNotifyParamType structure is information about the
calling application called broadcaster, you can try checking that. I haven't
tried receiving notifications from programs I haven't written but for those
notifications I set the broadcaster to the sending app creator ID then in the
application receiving the notification I check the broadcaster information to
verify that the notification is the correct one.
