Hi ! Thanks for the detailed explanation. Just before finding this forum, I had found some less detailed explanations but I could figure what to do with the sections.def and defines of the section.
However, I still have a problem, the same as the one in the beginning of the thread. This section trick worked for all MY functions that I could relocate in different sections, but ze have no control on functions not written by us. If I take the example of the "relocation truncated to fit: DISP16 __mulsi3", this is a function relating to a multiplication in the code, but I can't decide in which section I want it... Or maybe there is another trick ? :) Also, what is the trade off for the sections, apart from giving some more work for the developer ?
