TX resets when my app opens

I have an app developed with codewarrior. Works fine on m500, Tungsten but now 
with a TX when you open the app the pda does a reset. If I delete the app and 
reinstall it might work ok for bit but then something triggers it to have a 
problem and from then on when I open the app the pda resets. Any suggestions 
appreciated. Scott
