I was doing -1 for timeout (infinate) but it kept locking up my app? So I changed it to 0, I think I read somewhere in a doc file that you shouldn't wait infinate due to your app locking up.
I think a timeout of 0 would simply expire right away, without giving the connection time to stabilish itself :)
