Actually I was out of my country and here I dont know
much about shops etc.. Your link was helpful and while
browsing through that, i went in different direction
and got one good software which is called "Virtual
Serial Port Kit".. A good one which simulate the
function of Null modem.. Just check the link..

why can you not use hyperterminal?

you could always get a secondary device and
communicate
from that as well.alternatively; you can go down to
radio shack
and purchase a null modem for $2 (they are cheap); or,
if you
have a spare serial cable lying around - build one:

you only need to swap four pins (request + data lines
- both dirs)
we used to make null modems back when we had to
transfer
large files from PC to PC before we had networking
capabilities.

115200 kbps!! rock on.
