"No more Palm-OS devices in December" I believe that is false information. If memory serves me right, Palm has licensed the PalmOS from Access-PalmSource until 2009. I also believe that I read that Palm is helping PalmSource with ALP, but they will stop paying out because PalmSource failed to reach certain milestones.
I think Palm wants to gain rights to the PalmOS code so that they may keep the PalmOS name and make direct improvements (this is my interpretation of the report). I may be wrong with this, and if I am please correct me.
