Hi Jeff, Thank you for your time and effort to solve my problem.
I found the problem.. When my procedure gets triggered.. somehow.. I was getting Wakeup notification where I used to Disable that alarm... so, before my procedure gets executed.. the code in the wakeup notification used to disable it... and my procedure will not execute... It is strange or it is by Palm OS design. Anyways.. I got it solved..
