I have a number of users that are receiving netErrSocketBusy on a netlibsocketconnect call (interestingly enough, it started last week and only occurrs for some cingular users). This happens after a series of communications with various servers (about 4 different servers are connected to, communicated with, and disconnected from before this occurrs).
Does anyone know under what conditions this error occurrs? Also, why would it be limited to a carrier? Are there any known issues with this error (or rather, known work-arounds)?
