Thanks for the response. However, calling FldRecalculateField gives the same "Invalid Field Length" error.
After the simulator had reset, I noticed that the text replacement had occurred when I went back into the MemoPad app. My app listens for any string such as "[a]" and replaces it with another string, so I test it out with the MemoPad app. Is there any reason why the app gives the Invalid Field Length error but then it seems fine after it has reset and it did what it was supposed to? -- For information on using the PalmSource Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/
