You need to actually include the library in your build as well.
It's at C:\Program Files\Metrowerks\CodeWarrior\CW for Palm OS
Support\CodeWarrior Libraries\Palm OS Glue\PalmOSGlue.lib in codewarrior.
Presumably somewhere equivalent in PODS.
