How are you creating the .pdb files? with "par"? or with some custom code? can we see the code?
How are you validating the PDB (that is, what makes you think the PDB meets the spec)?
What happens if you follow the same algorithm you're using on the PC, except using PalmOS calls and POSER/HostFS?
