I'd appreciate a recommendation of websites to browse for app icons that can be "cloned from".
So far, I've been using the default CW icon. At some point, I should put together a real one for the app I'm working on. This is for the "App Launcher". Ideally, it would have the various large and small icons at various bpp depths (1, 2, and 8) I found one in a sample project that would be usable to start from, but it was apparently built using Constructor, and I didn't see how to convert it to a .bmp that CW uses.
