[NG] I included the username & password (BTW it isnt the correct password) to 
indiciate that I knew exactly the correct steps to login.

What browser are you using? If IE7, go back to IE6 and retry.

If your problems persist, and now that Palm are back from break, you should 
contact them.

[NG] I email them more than 10 times.

[NG] I only posted out of complete frustration as xmas time is the only time of 
the year I can update my palm applications.

[NG] How do you know they are back from the break roger ?
