It is very unusal that I can help a fellow developer. But in this case I
might have an idea for you.
If you check the MiniMP3 application in the Palm-SDK-Sample-Codes folder of
the Palm SDK V.5.3 - Header Files, Sample Codes ... .zip file you will find
some code that shows you how to record to a MP3.
