It is clear. But I have create a custom cascaded profile which derived from profiles/default-linux/x86/2007.0/desktop/ (for example profiles/default-linux/x86/2007.0/desktop/unstable) and have it as parent and I wanted to change some aspects in parent profile including masked (say in profiles/default-linux/x86 level) flags. So if Paludis uses profiles/default-linux/x86/2007.0/use.mask but ignores profiles/default-linux/x86/2007.0/desktop/unstable/use.unmask I should make a lot of work and make full copy of profiles/default-linux/x86/... It seems very uneasily and profile cascading mechanism is not fully useful. -- Sergey Zolotorev <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
