I set the variable |PALUDIS_DO_NOTHING_SANDBOXY and it is working now.
What is wrong with sandbox? I don't understand.
Yick, don't do that.
Sandbox disallows writes outside of the build area. It's a safety
feature, to stop broken build systems from messing with your root
filesystem.
For distcc and ccache we work around this by adding to SANDBOX_WRITE in
bashrc to tell sandbox to allow writes to certain other places. Have a
look at [1].

At the moment, for me it looks more a problem with sandbox itself than
with filesystem and sandbox permissions.
sandbox version: 1.2.18.1-r2
paludis version: 0.32.2
I haven't found anything clear in the paludis debug. Is there a way to
debug/log sandbox?
