It seem you've got unmasked apache-2.2.11 but not apache-tools-2.2.11
I don't know that I have masked or unmasked something with apache-tools myself.
And, what about the [WARNING virtuals.no_match] No packages matching
'sys-fs/python-fuse' for virtual 'virtual/fuse-python' ?
