Hi,
I had in my use.conf the qtX flags set. Now, since I've decided to get
rid of kde, I replaced qtX by -qtX in my configuration. Then, I ran
paludis -ip everything, and I noticed that some packages now will be
upgraded with the -qtX flag.
The problem is that a lot of qt packages are going to be upgraded, and
I won't need them anymore. But if I try to uninstall them, I got the
error that some packages depend on *qt*.
I already ran
paludis --uninstall-unused
Is the best solution to unistall these packages by using the
--permit-unsafe-uninstalls option, and then run
paludis -ip everything ?
