Oh, now I see.
And yes, when I removed *repository* directory itself, Paludis recreated it 
itself and fetched it successfully. 

I think it's a right way to achieve automation :)
Am I right that some releases ago, a user should create repos and git repos 
himself?
If yes, maybe it's a question for faq/manual.
