It's probably going to be a long running fight between the Gentoo KDE team and Gentoo developers who care about QA. They've done this before, and someone eventually stepped in and made them fix it. What they're doing is illegal according to PMS. The fix is for them to move their masks from the repository package.mask into the base profile package.mask. I'm not really around for the next few weeks, so someone else will have to take care of this. -- Ciaran McCreesh
