Yes. It's an over-looked corner-case that I'd call a bug, that needs
fixing. I guess we'll see about the punctuation cases above, after I post
this...
FWIW, all of the example URLs above are correctly parsed by thunderbird in
spite of the syntactical errors.
I've not tried reading this thread with pan, but I will tomorrow when I'm awake.
