In vanilla IBus1.4.x, it can either be embedded into tray icon or be shown in independent language panel. The default option is "Embedded in menu", it embeds the context menu to tray icon. While other options "When active" and "Always" uses langauge panel. With IBus indicator, however, the context menu is totally invisible with the default option "Embedded in menu".
