Yeah, and I agree (again, work done here will land on the next LTS, sooner or later), but that's also part of the problem. LTS is by no means perfect. It is stable, meaning that has little critical flaws, but it has many small annoyances that are left there for over two years just because it has no community traction and the packages are old; and thats a shame because it is the most important release for Canonical, the one people are willing to pay for support. But, again, I don't want to keep pushing on it.
