Ubuntu One emblems are inconsistently placed on the icons in Nautilus

Bug description:
When navigated into the Ubuntu One folder in the home folder, certain
files such as shell files, images and blank documents(right click,
create document, empty file) the synchronising symbol and the tick to
show it has finished appear in the upper right corner. Whereas other
types of files, such as scripts and text files, it appears in the
lower left corner. I know its not big but just a bit inconsistent.
