Joe: I believe that it means to cut out the circles. And I hate them, but what the heck it's how you get the model done. Folks, After an incredibly bad health year, I am finally feeling well enough to return to paper modeling. I am picking back up a GPM 1:16 Panzer I started in 2005. My question is: whenever you see the little crosshair symbol inside a circle, does this mean the circle should be cut out? I've attached a jpg of the actual pieces.
