Yes, those are produced here in Taiwan. The designer was a student of Teacher Ker (www.8nana.com). You can buy them almost everywhere here! They are nice. They have been around for almost 5 years and have a plethora of cards. Last time I was at their site (two years ago) they had all their cards there... perhaps they are redesigning?
