MIKE,
It might help if you "Step Outside of The Box" go somewhere for a day or
two, take Quality "alone" time and look back in with an entirely different
perspective.
I had lost seventeen years working for a poor paying medium sized
aerospace firm. I had no idea the pay was not "standard" until my new wife and
I
applied for a home mortgage and the office worker at the lending agency typing
our application asked how long was I employed and what was my salary to which
she replied "I make more than that!"
Within weeks I had found new employment where the pay was good, the job
challenging, the work place happy, rewarding, and I qualified for our home
loan. There I spent the best years of my working career.
My best to you and your family. Please keep us informed of your
progress. We are all pulling for you.
Bob Penikas
