How about when you cut up the plastic models for cross sections to make
plans?

Me three. I have a slew of really great plastics in my hall closet,
and just can't seem to get motivated to
assemble them. After I found paper modeling, it's just so much more
work to build the plastic. Paint, wait,
glue, wait, detail, wait, paint final...you get the picture.
Being somewhat of a "plastic perfectionist" I have found paper to be a
much more pleasant pastime.
