When you choose to print in the pdf is there a button for "Printer Properties"? It might just be a button that says "Properties". If so, click that button and it should open up your printer properties. Check them to see if there is a "Mirror" or "Flip Horizontal" choice. Depending on the printer and printer software there might be some tabs to choose before you see something with the "Mirror" or "Flip Horizontal" choices. Either one of those should do the job. :^)
