Much sturdier. 2- Wrapping the block. The diagrams is next to the pieces. Not very explanatory but gets the job done. 3 - The lifter covers needed better internal frames than were provided. Again used heavy card for internal brace. 4 - Lifter top and bottom. 5 - Some progress. Other than the manifold don't really know what these parts represent. 6 - Complete engine. Still need to do some edge coloring, seal it, weather it then seal again. I'm building this using the parts provided. There is room for much more detailing even by just picking out some detail to raise. I have two observations though - 1) when the engine is installed in its compartment with the rest of the compartment pieces, all but the very top of it is hidden, even without the upper hull attached. 2) when the upper hull is attached, even with the two open hatches virtually none of it will be visible.
